When my husband first saw this he felt that it was too light and flimsy, however we put it up in an L configuration the length of a standard bath, and it looks good, it holds up an extra long and extra wide shower curtain with ease. So don't be put off when you open it, as it is actually very good value and does what I wanted it to do perfectly. There are two key things that took the most time for me. Measuring and cutting the pipe to the correct size and then joining the cut pipes . As a 61 year old woman with very little DIY experience but able to follow instructions, I found it relatively simple to work out what needed to be done to fit this rail to my bathroom wall and ceiling. Luckily I noted the advice about using a pipe cutter ( which I didn’t know existed 😝) rather than use a hack saw. Bought a pipe cutter from B & Q and the clean cut of the pipes was great. The biggest problem I had after this though was the ends of the rails when cut would no longer fit into the plastic attachments that linked the rail parts. I ended up scraping off bits of plastic so I could force the now narrower pipe into position. Once the pipes were attached to the wall ( I already had holders on the wall that I could adapt with new fitting) I had to measure and drill holes in ceiling for extra ceiling attachment ( eek ! never used drill before) this was scary for me but all fitted nicely and the end result was great!! I’ve posted pictures. The curtain slides over the rail to ceiling pole attachment really easily ( didn’t expect that , as someone had posted that it got stuck and I was intending to buy a second curtain if necessary). I was so proud of my self after finishing this job and I’m very happy to finally have a sturdy rail that won’t start sagging after time. I managed to get a lovely curtain too so all in all , a great buy for me as I was thinking I might have to pay over £100 and it ended up costing less than £50 with the pipe cutter and curtain !

I’m reasonably happy with the look and function of this curtain rail, for the price. However, it has one massive design flaw: the main (long) rail is formed from two short rails. They simply push together with a short internal plastic “plug” to form one long one. This is ridiculous. The rail, attached to the wall at each end, obviously sags in the middle - of course is does! It can barely hold the weight of the curtain and if you accidentally tug on it, the two halves separate and the curtain will fall down, possibly ripping out the mount points and damaging your bathroom or in the process. It’s a real shame because if it was not for this design decision this would be a good piece of kit and a decent value. I am sure they made the rail in this way so it would fit in much smaller packaging and therefore save money in storage and transport costs. However you as the customer pay the price because you end up with a royal the pens in the middle

It's cheaply, but fairly well made with cheap materials, but like all stuff like this if you take care installing then it should serve you well. This is the second one of these sets I have had and the first lasted 8 years and just shed its coating over time. Money well enough spent.

What a dreadful product. The rail joint is lumpy and stands proud, detracting from smooth operation of shower curtain. The ceiling leg falls down, as Newtons theory suggests!!!! Its a 'club micky' design!! I'm no expert but even I can see the obvious!!! The curtain hooks jump out of the curtain and get stuck on the joint. It is already tarnishing although this was purchased only a few months ago. You have to pull the curtain really hard for the rings to slide, the rings are bulky, cumbersome and make a racket when pulling the curtain, that's if you can, because by this time you are standing in the shower with a collapsed shower rail and curtain. Its 'THE' worst curtain rail we have ever bought and sadly you don't get to find this out until its too late and you have already assembled it. Its absolute rubbish.

Das Material ist nur durchschnittlich (Metallstrohhalme). Insbesondere die Steckverbinder (Plastikbomber) lassen zu viel Spiel, um einen sauberen und festen Übergang herzustellen. Es funktioniert jedoch alles einwandfrei. Ein Vorteil ist allerdings die Möglichkeit des unterbrechungsfreien Durchziehens des Vorhangs. Wie bei nahzu allen Vorhangstangen sollte man die Bohrlöcher zur Fixierung an Decke/Wand leicht schräg nach innen Richtung Stangenachse bohren, damit sich Akkuschrauber und Vorhangstange nicht in die Quere kommen. Hatte auf höhere Qualität gehofft. Insgesamt für 39 ,-€ klar zu teuer. Das Nivau ist das gleiche wie bspw. beim 5-10 Euro Konkurrenzprodukt eines bekannten Köttbulla-Händlers.

Es ist eine nette konstruktion und auch relativ einfach zu montieren die qualität ist eher mittelmäßig aber für den preis ist es ok die Ringe für den duschvorhang sind ein plus das funktioniert ganz gut
