I gave 5* for the scent because it is a nice candle holder set but the scent is N/A as it doesn't come with candles. The base is abit flimsy and the grey candle holder is more of a brown/brass colour than a grey. I'm not complaining as it fits in lovely with the colour scheme. It isn't an eye sore and it isn't big it is subtle. I'm not using it for its purpose it's just there as a display so I can't comment on its practicality when in use.

I didn’t realise this was a jigsaw, it came in a thousand pieces, which was a bit challenging for my mum. Sadly had to tape it up the best we could and send back for a refund. Disappointed with the way the return was dealt with. Amazon referred me to urban living who in return referred me to Amazon. The only option was to take a refund, this was actually quick. Suggest the manufacturers use some wrapping and bubble wrap to ship these in. Won’t buy anything from these guys again.

One of the items was broken and I was asked by the seller to pay postage to return the package it when it was not fit for purpose. The seller then contacted me again and offered to replace the package without me having to return it so delighted with this great follow up customer service and have given a star rating of 4 to reflect this, let's hope that the replacement package is intact!
